The Timed Format
Unlike a live auction, timed auctions run over a set window. Every lot has a countdown, and the highest bid when the clock hits zero wins. Bids placed in the final minutes may extend the timer to prevent last-second sniping.
Winning and the Agent
After you win, a dedicated Sales Agent reaches out to guide you through the next steps. They confirm your details, collect the agreed deposit, and start the handover process.
Deposit and Delivery
The deposit is applied directly to your purchase price. Then the agent helps arrange delivery - many auctions ship across state lines using third-party carriers. Delivery timing depends on distance.
The Inspection Window
Once the car arrives, you get a 10-day inspection period to verify it matches the listing and inspection report. If something doesn't line up, this is when you raise it.
